National Federation for the Blind: car and trailer wrap

In collaboration with the National Federation for the Blind, I had the privilege of designing the winning car and trailer wrap for Dan Parker, who achieved the Guinness World Record for the "Fastest Speed for a Car Driven Blindfolded." Guiding the project, I facilitated inclusive presentations, creatively articulating design options until one was chosen. Working seamlessly with the production agency, I played a role in bringing the chosen design to life, ensuring impactful representation.

Emphasizing the connection between technology and racing, I strived to showcase their similarities through the car graphics. In the three design directions presented to the team, each uniquely merged the two identities.

In Row 1, classic racing stripes were integrated while strategically blocking the driver window, serving as a nod to driverless technology.

Row 2 represented the unseen visualizations of the AV's lidar, simultaneously highlighting the aerodynamics of the racing car.

Ultimately, Row 3 emerged as the chosen direction, seamlessly blending the graphic vernacular of the racing flag with pixel elements, gradually breaking apart while moving through space.
